Yep, I'm Voting For Obama

When I heard that John McCain was considering a pro-choice running mate for VP, it gave me a moment’s hesitation regarding my choice to vote Democrat. But, I have just learned that John McCain picked a highly irrational anti-abortionist for his running mate. She is so opposed to a woman's right to choose that she apparently thinks people should have children with birth defects, despite the fact that they will have to care for that child for the rest of its life. That's an easy choice to make when you're a rich Governor from Alaska with nannies, a big house, and a servants for your every need. Having a child with birth defects is not such an easy choice when you're a working middle class or poor person without a spouse. But fear not, a rich Republican, who probably got their money via government contracts and corporate welfare, wants to make that choice for you in Washington.
